ギリシャ共和国（ギリシャきょうわこく、ギリシア語: Ελληνική Δημοκρατία）、通称ギリシャは、南ヨーロッパに位置する共和制国家。2011年の国勢調査[3]によると、ギリシャの人口は約1,081万人、面積は日本の約3分の1である。アテネは首都および最大都市であり、テッサロニキは第2の都市および中央マケドニアの州都である。
