サン＝ドニにはペリフェリックと同様、A1とA86が通じている。また、フランス国道N1、N14、N186が横断する。 いくつかの鉄道が、3つの鉄道駅に地下鉄路線、トラム路線と束になって市に連結する。 市の西の端をセーヌ川が流れる。そして旧市街とラ・プレーヌ・サン＝ドニ地区の間をサン＝ドニ運河が通る。川港はその重要性を失っているが、運河はいまだサン＝ドニで港湾施設を維持しており、コンクリートの倉庫とつながっている。 サン＝ドニは、シャルル・ド・ゴール空港およびル・ブルジェ空港とA1を通じてアクセスが容易である。
