アトランタ（英語：Atlanta、英語発音: [ætˈlæntə] (
音声ファイル)、現地発音: [ætˈlænə] ( 音声ファイル)）は、アメリカ合衆国のジョージア州北西部に位置する都市。同州の州都である。市域の大部分はアトランタに郡庁を置くフルトン郡の郡庁所在地内にあり、一部東隣のディカーブ郡にかかっている。市域人口は498,715人（2020年国勢調査）[1]で同州最大、全米では第38位である。2023年の推計人口では50万人を突破した。また、フルトン郡を中心に29郡にまたがる都市圏は人口6,089,815人（2020年国勢調査）[2]を数え、全米第9位の規模である。この都市圏にアセンズ・ゲインズビル・ロームなどをあわせた広域都市圏は6,930,423人（2020年国勢調査）[2]の人口を抱え、全米第10位である。
