デモイン（Des Moines）は、アメリカ合衆国アイオワ州中央部に位置する都市。同州の州都、およびポーク郡の郡庁所在地であり、かつ州内最多の人口を抱える都市である。人口は203,433人（2010年国勢調査）[1]。市域の大部分はポーク郡に属しているが、市南部のごく一部分がウォーレン郡にかかっている。ポーク郡を中心に6郡からなる都市圏は人口606,475人、この都市圏にさらに4郡を加え、エイムズを含む広域都市圏は人口778,013人（いずれも2010年国勢調査）を数える[1]。
