チャールストン (英: Charleston) は、アメリカ合衆国サウスカロライナ州の都市。チャールストン郡の郡庁所在地である。人口は約15万人（2020年）で州内最多である。州南東部に位置する歴史の古い港湾都市。近年はこの歴史的な街並みを観光資源としている。
