サイケデリック・ミュージック(Psychedelic music)またはサイケデリア(psychedelia)[1]とは、ポップミュージックの様式、ジャンル及びシーンの1種。 この中にはサイケデリック・ポップ、サイケデリック・ロック(アシッド・ロックとも)、サイケデリック・ソウル、サイケデリック・アンビエント、サイケデリック・トランス、サイケデリック・テクノなども含まれる。サイケデリック・ミュージックの要素は、クラシック音楽を含むほぼ全てのジャンルの音楽に現れる。
