オナニー（ドイツ語: Onanie）は、性交ではなく、自分の手や器具などを用いて自らの性器を刺激し、性的快感を得る行為である。マスターベーション、自慰、手淫などともいう。一般にヒトでは、男性の場合は射精とオルガズム、女性の場合はオルガズムのみにより目的が達成するとされる。中世までは主に宗教的な立場から忌むべき行為とされ、近代では医学的な立場から害であるとされたが、現代では一般的な行為とされ、医学的にも行為に特別な害があるとはみなされていない。
