ジョージアの経済

ジョージアの経済（英語: Economy of Georgia）は、南コーカサスに所在するジョージア（グルジア）とその国民によって形成される、ひとつの新興自由市場経済である。この国の国内総生産（GDP）はソビエト連邦の崩壊（1991年）にともない急落したが、平和的なバラ革命（2003年）によってもたらされた経済的・民主的諸改革によって2桁台の経済成長を遂げ、2000年代中ばには復活を遂げた。ジョージアは、「2003年のほとんど機能不全に近い状態から2014年には比較的良好に機能する市場経済へと動いた」と形容されるほどの経済発展をつづけている[20]。2007年には世界銀行が、ジョージアを「世界随一の経済改革者」と命名しており[21][22]、 ビジネス環境ランキングでも常に上位に位置する国である。
