コロンビア号空中分解事故（コロンビアごうくうちゅうぶんかいじこ）は、2003年2月1日、アメリカ合衆国の宇宙船スペースシャトル「コロンビア号」が大気圏に再突入する際、テキサス州とルイジアナ州の上空で空中分解し、7名の宇宙飛行士が犠牲になった事故である。コロンビアは、その28回目の飛行であるSTS-107を終え、地球に帰還する直前であった。
