ノーフォーク（Norfolk）は、アメリカ合衆国バージニア州南東部に位置する都市。バージニア州法の規定により、いずれの郡にも属さない独立市となっている。人口は242,803人（2010年国勢調査）[1]で、東に隣接するバージニアビーチに次ぐ州第2の都市である。ノーフォークを中心に、バージニアビーチやニューポートニューズと共に形成している都市圏は1,713,954人、ノースカロライナ州内の2つの小都市圏を加えた広域都市圏は1,801,988人（いずれも2010年国勢調査）[1]の人口を抱えている。ノーフォークはこの都市圏における経済、交通、および文化の中心となっている。ジェームズ川がチェサピーク湾に注ぐ河口に形成されている湾、ハンプトン・ローズの対岸のニューポートニューズやハンプトンとは、橋と海底トンネルで結ばれている。
