フレデリックスバーグ（英:Fredericksburg）は、アメリカ合衆国バージニア州の独立市である。人口は2万7982人（2020年）。ワシントンD.C.の南70キロメートル、州都リッチモンドの北80キロメートルに位置する。ワシントン・ボルチモア・北バージニア広域都市圏に含まれる。経済分析局は統計処理の目的で、フレデリックスバーグ市と周辺のスポットシルベニア郡を結合している。
