サセックス郡（サセックスぐん、英: Sussex County）は、アメリカ合衆国バージニア州の南東部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は12,087人であり、2000年の12,504人から3.3%増加した[1]。郡庁所在地は国勢調査指定地域のサセックス（人口256人[2]）であり、同郡で人口最大の町はウェイバリー町（人口2,149人[3]）である。郡名は、イングランドのサセックスから採られた。
