培養肉（ばいようにく）は、動物の可食部の細胞を組織培養することによって得られた食用の肉。動物の個体を屠殺する必要がないので動物の犠牲を減らせること、牛一頭を約2年かけて育てるところを培養肉であれば2か月でできて生産効率が良いこと、厳密な衛生管理が可能であること、食用動物を肥育するのと比べて省スペース省資源で作ることができて地球環境への負荷が低いこと、抗生物質耐性菌リスクを低減できること[1][2][3][4]などの利点がある。
