ペイガニズム（古典ラテン語:pāgānus「田舎」、「素朴」、後に「民間人」、英: paganism、仏: paganisme：パガニスム、羅: paganismus）とは、4世紀の初期キリスト教徒が、ローマ帝国で多神教やユダヤ教以外の（一神教を含む）宗教を信仰していた人々に対して初めて使った言葉である。多神教や異教徒の一神教の信仰を広く包括して指し示す。
