ミトラ教またはミトラス教またはミスラス教（英語: Mithraism）は、古代ローマで隆盛した、太陽神ミトラス（ミスラス）を主神とする密儀宗教である。

紀元前3世紀にイラン高原に成立したパルティアでは太陽神ミトラを尊崇するミトラ教が信仰されていた。ミトラ教は、東西世界に伝播して国際的性格を有し、ローマ帝国においては、民衆のあいだにミトラ信仰がひろまってキリスト教とならぶ一大宗教となり、東方では、仏教と習合して未来仏「弥勒」（マイトレーヤ）として信仰された。弥勒菩薩は、唐代の中国や飛鳥時代の日本でもさかんに信仰された。広隆寺（京都市太秦）や中宮寺（奈良県斑鳩町）の半跏思惟像も人びとの苦悩を救おうとして思惟する弥勒菩薩をあらわした像である。また、その終末観は道教の一派白蓮教の成立に影響をあたえ、中国歴代の反体制運動の震源となった。12月25日のクリスマスの風習も、元来は冬至を盛大に祝うミトラ教の影響だという。
