《Programme for International Student Assessment》OECD（経済協力開発機構）加盟国を中心に3年ごとに実施される15歳児の学習到達度調査。主に読解力・数学的リテラシー・科学的リテラシーなどを測定する。多肢選択式と記述式で構成され、得点はOECD加盟国の受験者平均が500点、標準偏差が100点となるよう換算される。アンケートによる生徒・学校情報の収集も併せて行われる。オーストラリア教育研究所を中心とする国際コンソーシアムが国際的な調査の実施・調整を行い、日本国内では国立教育政策研究所が文部科学省などと連携して実施している。学習到達度調査。国際学習到達度調査。ピサ。
[補説] 平成12年（2000）の初回調査以降、参加国・地域は増加傾向にある。日本の成績は平成15年（2003）、平成18年（2006）と続落し、ゆとり教育の問題点が指摘された。学習指導要領全面改訂後の平成21年（2009）は3分野とも順位が上昇した。

OECD生徒の学習到達度調査（OECDせいとのがくしゅうとうたつどちょうさ、英語: Programme for International Student Assessment, PISA）とは、経済協力開発機構（OECD）による国際的な生徒の学習到達度調査のこと。日本では「国際学習到達度調査」とも言われるが、英語の原文は『国際生徒評価のためのプログラム』である。
