ナノテクノロジー(英: nanotechnology)は、物質をナノメートル (nm, 1 nm = 10−9 m)の領域すなわち原子や分子のスケールにおいて、自在に制御する技術のことである。ナノテクと略される。そのようなスケールで新素材を開発したり、そのようなスケールのデバイスを開発する。
