汗（あせ, Perspiration, Sweat）とは、哺乳類が皮膚の汗腺から分泌する液体である。およそ99%が水であるが、様々な溶解固形物（主に塩化物）も含む[1]。p-クレゾール、および少量の尿素などの化学物質もしくは芳香化合物も含まれている。[要出典]。汗を分泌することを発汗という。
