国連大使

国連大使（こくれんたいし、英：UN Ambassador）は、国際連合において派遣国（国連加盟国）の政府を代表し、その外交を担当する者。正式名称は国際連合常駐代表（こくさいれんごうじょうちゅうだいひょう、Permanent representative to the United Nations）。
注釈
- ^ アフガニスタンは2021年8月のターリバーン政権による制圧後、前政権により指名されていたイサクザイ（Ghulam Isaczai）が翌年12月15日付で辞任し、ターリバーン政権は後任としてかつてスポークスパーソンを務めたことのあるスハイル・シャヒーンという人物を指名した[2][3]が、この人事は受け入れられていない。
- ^ 国連ではマケドニアの呼称問題のために「マケドニア旧ユーゴスラビア共和国」 (The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia) と呼ばれ、ラテン文字アルファベット順もこれに従うこととする。

- ^ ミャンマーは2021年2月の軍事政権によるクーデター前に前政権から指名されていたチョー・モー・トゥンと国軍が指名した退役軍人アウン・トゥレイン（Aung Thurein）のどちらを正式な大使とするかが問題となったが、同年12月6日の総会によりその判断の先送りが無投票で承認され、結局チョー・モー・トゥンが留任することとなった[15]。
