シャンルウルファ（トルコ語: Şanlıurfa）、通称ウルファ（Urfa）は、トルコ南東部の都市でシャンルウルファ県の県都。2012年以降のシャンルウルファ大都市自治体とシャンルウルファ県は同一の範囲である[1]。中心市域の面積は3,668.76平方キロメートル、人口は2017年時点で921,978人で、エイユビイェ（Eyyübiye）、ハリリイェ（Haliliye）とカラキョプリュ（Karaköprü）の3つの区からなる[1][2]。
