マーガレット・ヒギンズ・サンガー（英語: Margaret Higgins Sanger, 1879年 9月14日 - 1966年 9月6日）は、アメリカ合衆国の産児制限活動家。性教育者。看護師。作家。優生学のある側面における唱道者。日本では「サンガー夫人」として知られていた^[1]^[2]。

^ 1919年発行の表紙下部：彼女はいつも虚しく懇願すべきなのか？「あなたは看護師でしょう…教えてくれない？」「子供のために…助けて！」避妊法にアクセス出来ず多産に苦しむ女性とその看護師。
^ 麻疹のような強制的に届け出を行っている感染症と対比させた。なお、2006年現在日本では麻疹は感染症の予防及び感染症の患者に対する医療に関する法律の定点把握の対象であり、全数届出が求められる伝染病ではない。
^ サンガーは生涯を通じ妊娠中絶は反対であって、プランド・ペアレントフッドが妊娠中絶を支持したことも合法化のためのロビー活動をしたこともない。
