アルストム（フランス語: Alstom [alstɔm]）は、鉄道車両の製造をはじめとして、通信・信号・メンテナンスなど、鉄道に関連する総合的技術およびソリューションを提供するフランスの多国籍企業。日本では「アルストーム」と表記・発音されることもある。
