ユダヤ料理は、世界中に分布するユダヤ人の、多様な伝統料理の集合体である。ユダヤ教の食のタブー(カシュルート)、祭礼、安息日の伝統により規定されつつ、何世紀にもわたって進化してきた。ユダヤ人コミュニティが定住した世界中の国々の経済、農業、料理の伝統により、ユダヤ料理は様々な影響を受けている。
