ジャン・シベリウス（スウェーデン語: Jean Sibelius スウェーデン語発音: [ˈjɑːn siˈbeːliʉs, ˈʃɑːn -] ( 音声ファイル), 1865年 12月8日^[1] - 1957年 9月20日）は、後期ロマン派から近代にかけて活躍したフィンランドの作曲家、ヴァイオリニスト。

^ クリスチャン・シベリウスは著名な精神科医となり、フィンランドでは彼の功績は現在も記憶されている。
^ ヤルネフェルトは有力な自らの家族をシベリウスに紹介しており、その中には将来シベリウスの伴侶となる妹のアイノもいた。
^ 腸チフスにより幼いうちにこの世を去っている^[30]。
^ 1902年の改訂ではそのように短縮が行われた。
^ 作品は彼女に献呈された。
^ 最初の1892年、最後が1925年に世に出される。
