ギフテッド(英: intellectual giftedness)は、平均より著しく高い知的能力を指す用語。多様な定義が存在する子供の特性であり、学校での教育内容に差をつける理由となる。ギフテッドの特性は成人後も持続すると考えられ、英才教育に関する過去100年間の長期的研究で様々な結果が報告されている。子供あるいは成人においても、一般に広く受け入れられているギフテッドの定義は存在しない。しかし、学校への入学許可の決定や個人の生涯を通じた長期的研究の多くは、上位2.5パーセントの知能指数(つまりIQ130以上)を持つ人々を対象としている。また、ギフテッドの定義は文化によっても異なる。
