エプスタイン・バール・ウイルスEpstein-Barr virus)とは、ヘルペスウイルス科に属するウイルスの一種。日本ではよくEBウイルスと略して呼称される。学名はヒトヘルペスウイルス4型Human herpesvirus 4、HHV-4)と変更されたが、今なお旧称が広く用いられている。
