第7代ルーカン伯爵リチャード・ジョン・ビンガム（英: Richard John Bingham, 7th Earl of Lucan、1934年12月18日 - 1974年11月7日失踪）は、殺人の疑いをかけられた後1974年に失踪したイギリスの貴族（英語版）である。「ルーカン卿」（英: Lord Lucan）の名で広く知られたビンガムは、アングロ＝アイリッシュ（英語版）の貴族だった第6代ルーカン伯爵ジョージ・ビンガム（英語版）とケイトリン・ドーソンの間に生まれた長男だった。第二次世界大戦中の疎開（英語版）から戻った後、彼はイートン・カレッジに進学し、1953年から1955年にかけて西ドイツでコールドストリームガーズとして出仕した。その後彼は賭け事の味を覚え、バックギャモンやブリッジの腕を磨いて、クラーモント・クラブ (Clermont Club) の初期メンバーとなった。負けが込むこともしばしばだったが、彼はロンドンを拠点としたマーチャント・バンク（英語版）を辞め、プロのギャンブラーに転向した。父の第6代ルーカン伯爵存命中は、「ビンガム卿」と呼ばれた（英: Lord Bingham、1949年4月 – 1964年1月）。
