パンノキ（パンの木、麺麭の木、麪果樹[2]、学名: Artocarpus altilis）はクワ科パンノキ属の常緑高木。属名はギリシア語のパン（artos）と果実（karpos）からなる。無核種はタネナシパンノキ（英:Breadfruit tree）、有核種はタネパンノキ（英:Breadnut tree）、グアテマラではマサパン（マルチパン）と呼ばれる。
