【アメリカサイバー軍】(あめりかさいばーぐん)
United States Cyber Command(USCYBERCOM）
アメリカ合衆国における機能別統合軍の一つ。
公式には戦略軍隷下の「副統合軍」という位置づけであり、作戦上では戦略軍の指揮下で活動する。
主な任務は、
- アメリカ国防総省が管轄するコンピュータ・ネットワークを敵対勢力のサイバーアタックから防衛すること。
- アメリカ四軍のC4Iシステムの運営支援。
- 敵対勢力のネットワークに侵入し、データの窃取（クラッキング）や管理システムを制圧してこれを破壊すること。

アメリカサイバー軍（アメリカサイバーぐん、United States Cyber Command; USCYBERCOM）は、アメリカ軍のサイバー戦を担当する統合軍である。

- ^ ちなみに、NSA長官については法律によって「NSAは中将によって指揮される。」と規定されていたことから、前身である軍保安局（AFSA）時代を除けば、初代長官であったラルフ・キャナイン陸軍少将を除き、歴代長官は全て現役の中将が充てられていた。歴代のNSA長官経験者にも大将へと昇任した人物はいるが、それらは全て他のポストへの異動にあわせて昇任したケースであり、NSA長官在職のまま大将へと昇任したケースはアレクサンダー将軍が初めてである。
- ^ 副司令官補は、海兵隊司令部の指揮・系統においては、トップの総司令官（Commandant of the Marine Corps）、ナンバー2の副総司令官（Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps）、さらにそれに次ぐ副司令官（Deputy Commandant, 複数人置かれる）の下に位置する。
- ^ USCYBERCOM創設までは、前身組織の1つであるネットワーク戦担当統合機能部隊（JFCC-NW)の副司令官を務めていた。
- ^ 正式な名称は第744軍事情報大隊（744th Military Intelligence Battalion）で、指揮系統としては第704軍事情報旅団（704th Military Intelligence Brigade）の隷下に属する。2008年7月2日に活動を開始した。
