グレゴリオ聖歌（グレゴリオせいか、グレゴリアン・チャント、英: Gregorian Chant）は、西方教会の単旋律聖歌（プレインチャント）の基軸をなす聖歌で、ローマ・カトリック教会で用いられる、単旋律、無伴奏の宗教音楽。
