ヤハウェ（ヘブライ語: יהוה‎、フェニキア語: 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄、古アラム語（英語版）: 𐡉𐡄𐡅𐡄、英語: Yahweh）は、モーセに啓示された神の名である^[1]。旧約聖書や新約聖書等における唯一神、万物の創造者の名でもある。

^ 一時期上帝版聖書が席巻して、神版聖書を駆逐して、その後神という聖句を入れた聖書が出来たので、一文字空いているという状態。

^ イスラムの神「アラー」はアラビア語で「ALLH」であり「アルラー」または「アッラー」と表記する（Q'ran）。またエジプト語では太陽神を「Ra」とし「ラー」と呼ぶことに注意したい（エジプト語辞典　泰流社 1994））
^ 「エホバの証人」の書である、"New World Translation 1984"：Mt 1-20で"Jehova's angel"、「新世界訳 1982」マタイ 1-20で「エホバのみ使いが」というように　彼らによれば「新約聖書」中で約30例使用している。ヘブライ語で新たにおこした新約聖書では、同箇所を"יהוה מלאך "（THE NEW COVENANT IN HEBREW 1966）と記述している。英語圏ユダヤ人用新約聖書では、同箇所を"angel of Adonai"（JEWISH NEW TESTAMENT 1989）と記述している。
