デニス・セフトン・デルマー（Denis Sefton Delmer, 1904年5月24日 - 1979年9月4日）はイギリス人のジャーナリスト。ドイツ、ベルリン生まれ、イングランド・エセックス、ラマーシュ（英語版）没。イギリス政府のプロパガンディストとして有名である。ドイツ語が流暢であった彼はエルンスト・レームと懇意になり、1930年代にレームを通じアドルフ・ヒトラーとのインタビューに成功した。第二次世界大戦中、彼はイングランドからラジオ放送を用いてヒトラーを敵視するブラック・プロパガンダ（英語版）^{[要リンク修正]}・キャンペーン^{[注釈 1]}を大々的に展開した。

^ イギリスの大衆紙。初代ビーヴァーブルック男爵マックス・エイトキンが同社及び姉妹紙のサンデー･エクスプレス（Sunday Express）の経営を握ってからはゴシップや醜聞、愛国主義的プロパガンダをより多く記事に載せるようになる。
