デジタル単一市場における著作権に関する指令

デジタル単一市場著作権指令(CDSM指令)(英: Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive)[5])は、欧州連合 (EU) 加盟国に対する著作権指令の一つである。デジタル化や国際化の社会変化に対応して著作物利用の例外規定を拡充したほか、著作者や実演家への公正な報酬の保障を通じたデジタル著作権市場の健全化などを目的としている[3]。2016年9月14日に欧州委員会が提案[4][6]、2019年3月26日に欧州議会で承認され[1]、同年4月15日に欧州連合理事会 (EU理事会) が採択したことにより[1]、2019年4月17日に成立した[2]。EU指令としては2019年6月7日に発効しており[3]、これを受けてEU加盟国は2年後の2021年6月7日までに国内法化して履行する義務を負っている[3]。
