サンタクルーズ（英: Santa Cruz、発音: [ˈsæntə ˈkruːz]）は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州中部サンタクルーズ郡最大の都市であり、同郡の郡庁所在地である。人口は6万2956人（2020年）。モントレー湾の北端にあり、サンフランシスコから南に115 kmにある。
