XmlDsigC14NWithCommentsTransform クラスは、XML ドキュメントの標準形式を表す C14N XML 標準化変換を表します。この変換により、署名者は、XML ドキュメントの標準形式を使用してダイジェストを作成できます。受信者は、同じ変換による同じ XML ドキュメントの標準形式を使用してデジタル署名を検証できます。
