レムデシビル（英: Remdesivir、中: 瑞德西韦、開発コード：GS-5734、商品名：ベクルリー（Veklury））は、新規ヌクレオチドアナログのプロドラッグで、抗ウイルス薬。ギリアド・サイエンシズが開発し、エボラ出血熱及びマールブルグウイルス感染症[1]の治療薬としてだけでなく、一本鎖RNAウイルス（RSウイルス、フニンウイルス、ラッサ熱ウイルス、ニパウイルス、ヘンドラウイルス、MERSおよびSARSウイルスを含むコロナウイルス）に対して抗ウイルス活性を示すことが見出された[2]。
