判型

読み方：はんけい，はんがた
別名：判形
【英】paper size

判型とは、書籍や雑誌、新聞などの印刷物の仕上がりのサイズのこと、あるいは、用紙のサイズのことである。

判型は、主にA判とB判に分けられる。JIS規格では、A判がA0判～A10判、B判はB0判～B10判まで、それぞれ11種類の判型に分けられている。A0判を半分に折ったサイズがA1判、A1判を半分に折ったサイズがA2判となる。B判も同様に、B0判を半分に折ったものがB1判、B1判を半分に折ったものがB2判となる。

一般的には、A5判（210×148mm）やB5判（257×182mm）などの判型が多く用いられている。週刊誌などの雑誌はB5判、ビジネス書はA5判サイズである。

判型は、日本国内では、1929年にJIS規格の前身であるJESの「紙の仕上げ寸法」により策定された。なお、A判やB判といった判型の他のサイズ規格としては、四六判、菊判などを挙げることができる。

解説

このクラスを PrinterSettings.PaperSizes プロパティと PageSettings.PaperSize プロパティで使用して、それぞれ、プリンタで利用できる用紙サイズの取得およびページの用紙サイズの設定を行います。

PaperSize コンストラクタを使用して、カスタム用紙サイズを指定できます。Width プロパティと Height プロパティの値は、カスタムの PaperSize オブジェクトに対してのみ設定できます。

使用例

プリンタでサポートされている用紙サイズを comboPaperSize コンボ ボックスに設定するコード例を次に示します。また、カスタム用紙サイズを作成して、コンボ ボックスに追加します。PaperName は、コンボ ボックスの DisplayMember プロパティを通じて追加される項目の表示文字列を提供するプロパティとして識別されます。例では、printDoc という名前の PrintDocument 変数と、特定のコンボ ボックスが存在することを前提にしています。

name

用紙の名前。

width

用紙の横幅 (1/100 インチ単位)。

height

用紙の縦幅 (1/100 インチ単位)。

解説

このコンストラクタを使用して作成した PaperSize の Kind プロパティは、常に Custom に設定されます。Width プロパティと Height プロパティの値は、カスタムの PaperSize オブジェクトに対してのみ設定できます。

使用例
