独自のコードによって ListView コントロールを描画する場合は true。オペレーティング システムによって ListView コントロールを描画する場合は false。既定値は false です。

ListView コントロールは、通常、オペレーティング システムによって描画されます。ListView の項目、サブ項目、および列ヘッダーの外観をカスタマイズするには、OwnerDraw プロパティを true に設定し、DrawItem、DrawSubItem、DrawColumnHeader のうちの 1 つ以上のハンドラを提供します。この操作をオーナー描画と呼びます。View プロパティが View.Details に設定されている場合は、3 つのイベントがすべて発生します。それ以外の場合は、DrawItem イベントだけが発生します。
