亜鉛欠乏症(あえんけつぼうしょう)は、亜鉛欠乏によって生じる微量栄養素の欠乏症で、「亜鉛欠乏の臨床症状」と「血清亜鉛値」によって確定診断が行われる。日本人は潜在的に亜鉛が不足気味であるとの報告がある[1]
