スペースシャトル計画（英語: Space Shuttle program）は、アメリカ政府とNASAによって1981年から2011年にかけて行われた有人打ち上げ機計画。宇宙輸送システム (Space Transportation System, STS) とも呼ばれた。スペースシャトルは垂直に打ち上げられる機体の総称であり、オービタと呼ばれる航空機型の機体が再突入に利用される搭乗部分である。4 人から 7 人で運用でき、8 人までを収容可能で、22,700 kg のペイロードを低軌道まで輸送可能であった。宇宙でのミッションが完了すると、制御システム (Orbital Maneuvering System, OMS) を利用して軌道から外れ、地球の大気圏に再突入した。着陸まで、オービタは軌道制御システムと動翼を利用しグライダーのように飛行した。
