パーマ（Parma）は、アメリカ合衆国オハイオ州北東部に位置する都市。クリーブランドの南に隣接しており、同市の郊外都市の1つになっている。人口は8万1146人（2020年）で、1970年に10万0216人を数えたのをピークに減少傾向にはあるものの、クリーブランド都市圏内の郊外都市としては最大であり、オハイオ州全体でも、より減少幅の大きかったカントンやヤングスタウンを抜いて第7位となっている。
