通約不可能性（つうやくふかのうせい）または共約不可能性（きょうやくふかのうせい）とは、英語 incommensurabilityの訳語で、科学哲学の分野、および価値論の分野で使われる言葉。より有名なのは科学哲学の文脈での使用で、体系、概念、方法論などに違いを持つ異なる体系（パラダイム）同士の間で、概念間の対応付けがうまく出来ない状態のことを指すのに使われる。
価値論または倫理学の文脈で使われる場合は、二つの異なる価値や二つの異なる帰結に共通の物差しをあてがうことができない状況を指すのに使われる。これは功利主義の立場に対する、どうやって功利計算をするのか、といった問題と関わる。
