ローム（英: Rome）は、アメリカ合衆国ニューヨーク州の中央部北寄り、オナイダ郡にある都市である。アップステート・ニューヨークと呼ばれる地域にある。2010年国勢調査での人口は33,725 人だった。作家ジェイムズ・フェニモア・クーパーの『レザーストッキング物語』で有名になった「レザーストッキングの国」にあるユーティカ・ローム大都市圏の主要都市の1つである。アメリカ合衆国下院議員ニューヨーク州第22選挙区に属している。
