リチャード・"ディック"・ターピン（英: Richard "Dick" Turpin, 1705年9月21日洗礼 - 1739年4月7日）はイギリスのハイウェイマン（馬に乗った追い剥ぎ）。追い剥ぎの罪によりヨークで処刑されたのち、美化されて描かれるようになった。若き日は父親の跡を継ぎ肉屋として働いていたが、1730年代前半、鹿泥棒の一団に加わり、密猟、住居侵入、追い剥ぎ、殺人をはたらいた。愛馬ブラック・ベスに乗りロンドンからヨークまでの200マイル（320km）を一晩で走ったことでも知られているが、これは彼の死後およそ100年経ったヴィクトリア時代に、小説家ウィリアム・ハリソン・エインズワース（英語版）によって書かれたために有名になった作り話である。
