検索ディクショナリが存在する場合、このメソッド検索ディクショナリをクリアしますが、削除することはありません。

要素数がディクショナリ作成しきい値超えていて、KeyedCollection検索ディクショナリを使用している場合は、要素数が再度しきい値より低くなっても、検索ディクショナリは継続して使用されます。

このメソッドは O(n) 操作です。ここで、nCount です。
