注射針（ちゅうしゃばり ）は、皮膚の下に刺す医療用具の一種であり、先端が尖った1本の非常に細い中空の管である[1]。鋭利物（英: sharps）の一種である。英語圏では皮下注射針(英: hypodermic needle、ギリシア語の ὑπο- (hypo=下)と δέρμα (derma=皮膚)に由来）と呼称されることも多い。一般的には注射器と呼ばれるピストン付きの手動器具で、体内に物質を注入したり（生理食塩水や各種薬剤を含んだ溶液、液体医薬品など）、体内から液体を取り出したり（血液など）するために使用される。

古く注射針は、その都度煮沸消毒して使用する器具であったが、近年の注射針は衛生上の問題から、そのほとんどが使い捨てである。（一部紛争地域や経済が壊滅的な打撃を受けている地域を除く）このため医療行為に付随して大量の注射針が廃棄される訳だが、前出の通り高温で処理されて滅菌・プラスチック封入といった過程を経て、そのプラスチック封入状態のまま金属資源として溶鉱炉に投ぜられ、金属として再利用されるか、最終処分場で埋め立て廃棄処分される。

注射針は、注射器先端の筒先に取り付けて使用される。樹脂製の針基（はりもと）と針管からなり、針管先端の針先は鋭角12度、18度となっている。
