オートノミー（英: Autonomy、独: Autonomie、日: 自主、中: 自主權）とは、元々「自分で自分に自身の法を与える者」という古代ギリシア語に由来する概念で、一般に、自主(性)・自律(性)・自立(性)・自治、自治権・自主権・自己決定権などを意味し、政治・道徳・哲学・心理学・医学・宗教・法・人事・人権など幅広い分野において、複数のそしてそれぞれ異なる、または複合的な意味をもつ基礎概念である。
