医薬品化学

医薬品化学（いやくひんかがく、medicinal chemistry）と創薬化学（そうやくかがく、pharmaceutical chemistry）は、化学、特に有機合成化学と薬理学、その他さまざまな生物学の専門分野が交差する学問分野であり、医薬品や生理活性分子の設計と化学合成、市場に向けた開発に携わっている[1][2]。
