アルファベット・パスタ

アルファベット・パスタ(alphabet pasta)またはアルファベッティ・スパゲッティ(alphabetti spaghetti)[1]とは、アルファベットの形をしたパスタである。スープに入れて煮込んだアルファベット・スープや、マリナーラソースやトマトソースで和えたアルファゲッティ(Alphagetti)として供されることが多い。アルファベット・スープは、日本ではABCスープと呼ばれることもある[2]。
