RSAKeyValue クラスは、XML デジタル署名仕様に定義されている XML 署名の <RSAKeyValue> 要素を表します。<RSAKeyValue> 要素は、RSA 公開キーを記述する (KeyInfo クラスによって表される) <KeyInfo> 要素のサブ要素です。<RSAKeyValue> 要素は、ドキュメントにデジタル署名するための秘密キーに対応する公開キーを格納します。ドキュメントの受信者は、この公開キーを使用して XML 署名を検証します。
XML デジタル署名に公開キーを追加する場合は、必ず RSAKeyValue クラスを使用します。
キーがコンストラクタに明示的に提供されない場合は、新しい RSA キー ペアがランダムに生成されます。
